I heard about this maybe 5-10 years ago and now I really want to read it because I think it fits in to our change in society, CO2 being garbage and all that. Garbage being burned to make hot water and so on.

It was about dogs and how everybody would be happy and proud if the dog would leave a gift on their lawn. Comedy ish, set in the future.
