What? I guess that depends on the man who wears it. That underwear is just a piece of cloth, so it depends on which is its meaning for him.
Then good for him. There's not a right answer to this. Clothes are based on social stereotypes, so something is normal just because for some reason we came to that agreement.
If you're asking if women would find that weird, yes, most probably. We see normality as a sign of social adaptation, and that's in most circumstances a good path towards biological success, generally speaking.



I will take this opportunity, though, to send a dart to the ridiculous idea that feminists represent a monolith.
