What? I guess that depends on the man who wears it. That underwear is just a piece of cloth, so it depends on which is its meaning for him.
Hypothetically, it means confidence. It means feeling attractive and cute.
That's simply his choice. Nobody has the right to say a word about it.
Then good for him. There's not a right answer to this. Clothes are based on social stereotypes, so something is normal just because for some reason we came to that agreement.
If you're asking if women would find that weird, yes, most probably. We see normality as a sign of social adaptation, and that's in most circumstances a good path towards biological success, generally speaking.
I try not to think about any men in their underwear, except for my partner. :P Seriously, though. Society says it's cute when some girls dress like boys, so if some boys want to dress like girls...why should anyone stop them?
Underwear is underwear. He has a right to wear any type he wants with no one has the right to make him wear something else. People, good or bad, are going to have opinions about it.
It is my opinion that this is masturbatory material for the OP. I mean, I fielded this question (along with requests for detailed descriptions of my feet) approximately one million times when I was a restaurant hostess. I do like the balanced thoughtful answers in this thread!I will take this opportunity, though, to send a dart to the ridiculous idea that feminists represent a monolith.
