This book misses a page count (47 according to worldcat).
I also noticed that the publication date according to Worldcat is 1998 (same according to Amazon) and not 1999.

Page count added and date changed to 1998 (listed also as 1998 on Wikipedia, so with 3 sources, 1999 is probably a mistake or a reprint).
