Thank you - is it possible to combine the kindle and paperback editions (I think I may have managed to do this without librarian rights) and make the paperback edition the default.

Payal, as an author you have the ability to combine editions of your books. You also have the ability to set default edition (that comes up on author page, user searches, etc).
