How was everyone's second week? I finished the book o was stuck on for book club (awful!) and it reinforced my resolve to not force myself to finish books I'm not enjoying this year. I put it in the "set in your home state" prompt even though I didn't choose that prompt initially. Also almost finished my "same profession" book (the laundry's cold and the beer's folded).

Clare (-clare-) Finished The Girl on the Train. It did get better but only a 4★ book for me.

Now onto Flowers for Algernon. This will be my read for the 'A book from the Rory Gilmore Challenge' prompt. It also fits in with a mini challenge in another group which is partly why I selected it.

Katherine (kiik) Finally finished The Way of Kings (600+ pages) last night, so that's 1 down, 51 to go!

That's a big one to get finished though! Nice job :) the girl on the train is on my tbr and I've wanted to read flowers for algernon since I started it in 8th grade but never got to finish because the year ended (we had 20 min every morning and I think I started it with only a couple days left)

Charline (charline84) | 80 comments I finished Sharp Objects another brilliant novel by Gillian Flynn. And last night I finished The Little Paris Bookshopwhich I have to say is a beautiful book. So happy I read it. I chose it for a book set in Europe prompt, but it would be perfect for the book about books prompt.

Emily Wrayburn (emilywrayburn) I've only read one book that counts towards my challenge so far - that is The Lieutenant by Kate Grenville, which is my historical fiction novel. I've read a few non-challenge ones, though, too. My reading challenge is over here.

Mandy | 89 comments I'm currently reading Landline which I'm using for the choice awards winner (winner of 2014 Fiction). I'm a little over 60% done with it and find it to be a very easy and so far enjoyable read.

Have a great week everyone - :)

Leanne | 9 comments Sorry I haven't been keeping up! Sick baby, sick husband, crazy busy around here for a couple weeks. I've read 4 books since the new year. Staked, Odd Hours, Odd Apocalypse, and Deeply Odd. Right now I'm reading Saint Odd. I get hung up on a series and can't put them down. I have 4 books requested at the library and am waiting on them.
