It has awesome reviews too but I never read the reviews before reading the book- any time I do I accidentally catch a spoiler lol

When I first found Goodreads I started reading the reviews of the books I wanted to read and I quickly discovered that a lot of reviews contain spoilers and most reviews are a very personal opinion of the book. And if someone else likes it, does have to mean I like it.Since then I read the book description to see if it would be something I like, and I only check the star rating of a book to get an idea of whether or not the book is any good.
