ABANDONED. Mills and Boon romance. Hero's mum faints at seeing heroine's adopted son.

It's most likely an MnB novel but just can't seem to remember the title or author.
It starts with the hero's mum fainting at the sight of the heroine's son who is the spitting image of the hero when he was that age. The heroine is not the biological mother of child and calls hero while he is in a meeting to inform him about his mom. He then comes to her workplace which is a nursery or daycare that heroine works at. Heroine has never met hero before so the child was adopted from a friend or something.
