SOLVED. YA romance immortals based in france? [s]

I read this book about 2-3 years ago in paperback. It's about a girl whose parents die so she moves to France to live with her grandparents (and maybe her sister?). She meets a boy and they go on a date at the Seine river. The boy turns out to be some kind of immortal who has to have his soul leave his body for a few days while it recuperates. The immortals are like guardian angels, risking their lives to save people. The have evil counterparts who are always trying to kill people. The girls grandfather owns an antique book store and she finds a book about them. I can't remember much more. There was some combat training. The immortals lived in some really old historical building and had a butler and a cook who had worked for them practically their whole lives.
