If you have passed 250 pre-orders, then you are a Quill author, even if you're still funding. If you upgrade to Inkshares by hitting 750 that's great, but meanwhile it would not hurt to jump in here and learn as much as possible / share ideas so that should you not hit 750 pre-orders you'll know what to expect.
