Different titles for same book

This particular book was originally published as "Rosa and the Veil of Gold" in Australia, but the US edition was published as simply "The Veil of Gold."

I know ISBNs sometimes get reused, but do you think that they would have re-used the same ISBN in different countries by a different publisher with a different title?

I'd really like to update the title of this to match what it says on the cover, but I just want to make sure I'm not doing anything I shouldn't.

Unlikely. ISBNs have the country code built in. I've updated the title to match the cover.

With modern publishing, that is less and less of an indicator (self-publishing authors and small publishers buy blocks of ISBNs from whoever they can get them cheapest).
