Ok. So I read this book series in about 2003. It follows a group of high school girls who live in California (I think) and have a variety of powers and they are fighting evil. I wish I could remember more but I don't but I have been searching for this series for awhile. They aren't vampires or anything like that. Sorry

it reminds me of movie i watched, wherein there is this group of young girls who practices some witch power or something and one of them who is good at heart walks out of circle and evil things strt, soemthing like that.
