My third book is showing up twice on my author dashboard under two different versions of the title. They are not different editions or covers, so I'd like to have one of them removed, the one with no reviews, etc. How can this be done?

One is the general ebook, the other the Kindle edition, so they need to stay both. But I combined them and edited the title.
