SOLVED. NA book that starts with girl cursing at private school function [s]

I read this book in the past two years. I believe it is a young adult or new adult. Beginning is about a model student at a private school who is "fed up" and uses profanity in her speech. The hero and his brother have just moved to the area and the younger brother of the hero will be attending the private school. The hero sees the girl in her parents car being yelled at and he feels bad for her. As the story progresses she vandalizes his apartment building and he tries to make a deal with her. I believe she moves in with her aunt who owns a bakery. Seems like there is some type of music involved. I cannot remember the other details other than at first the hero was dating other women because he felt the girl was too young. They eventually work everything out and there is a HEA.
