I for one am a sucker for an awesome series. My only problem is that I start them and never finish or end up feeling overwhelmed by how many books are in a particular series then just decide not to even start. Well, this year is going to be different. It's the year of FINISHING THOSE BOOK SERIES', whether it's having 1 left or starting fresh.

What you need to do is choose the level you wish to participate in and challenge yourself to finish the series' you post. It's pretty simple, the only real rule that you need to follow is that the series needs to have at least 3 books in it (but of course it can be more). You can read YA, NA or any other genre that you fancy, as long as it's a series. Post a link to your folder labelled SERIES CHALLENGE 2016 and post the book covers and title of the series in your post here and date them as you finish.

Levels:
That's Too Easy - Finish 1 to 5 series
I'm Testing Myself - Finish 5 to 10 series
Good Grief, I'm Gonna Bust - Finish 10 to 15 series
What Have I Gotten Myself Into - Finish 15 - 20 series

You have the whole year to complete this challenge. So, choose a level that you feel is best suited to you and wipe some books off your TBR List. LET THE CHALLENGE BEGIN!

*If you have already started a series, those still count!!!!*
Please link the book covers and then post the date finished!

IE:
Lunar Chronicles
Cinder (The Lunar Chronicles, #1) by Marissa Meyer 1/2/15 Scarlet (The Lunar Chronicles, #2) by Marissa Meyer 3/10/15 Cress (The Lunar Chronicles, #3) by Marissa Meyer 5/15/15 Winter (The Lunar Chronicles, #4) by Marissa Meyer TBR

Sign up below, including your starting challenge level! And then post it in your competitor folder!

Jazmyn (jking1994) Quick question do we still include the books that we previously read in the series or just the ones we have read in 2016?

Jazmyn, for this challenge the goal is to finish a series. So like the example above. If you have a the first half of the series read and it's been sitting on the back burner to finish it, you can post it and finish it. Or if you feel like starting and finishing a whole new series you can do that too. So in short yes, for this challenge ONLY, past books count toward your series!

You are not too late. I'll open you both up challenger threads! :D

message 20: by Cheryl (new)

Cheryl Russell | 113 comments I'd like to try this too at level 1. One query though, the series I want to read come as a set on my kindle, they don't have individual covers for each book so I can only post the cover once and then the titles as I finish. On goodreads they are all in one aswell. Is this ok to use as my series challenge

message 21: by Wendy (new)

Wendy (wmaresca) I would love to try this I think I will go crazy and go for Level 3.

Cheryl, if Goodreads only has it as one book, that's what we're gonna stick with. Sorry hun!
