A Merry Little Christmas on Kindle. Finished 12/28/16 5 stars.
A wonderful holiday romance story. Merry and her two children are just trying to barely eke by since her ex-husband embezzled money, spent all of their money and is now in prison leaving them pretty destitute. Some people think she knows where the money is located or that she has it. She lives with the shame and distrust in others. Tony hasn't had a merry Christmas since his wife and son were killed in a car accident three years past. He has buried his heart and emotions. After meeting Merry and her children, he is coming out of his solitary life. But there are secrets between them, and that may come between them. I enjoyed the story very much. The characters are well defined and strong. Merry is a very strong woman to have to deal with so much!

Untangling Christmas on kindle. Finished 4 stars
A cute little holiday romance story. If you enjoy perky, fast paced reading full of the holidays and romance, this is book is for you. Felt the constant pet names for the female character by the male character were very overwhelming, sappy, and took away from the dialogue.

True Betrayals Finished in paperback
This book is appropriately named with all the betrayals in the characters lives. Kelsey was betrayed by her father letting her believe her mother was dead for all of these years. Her mother Naomi believing the murdering of her lover was just an attempted rape. Gabe thinking he could trust him employees. This is all connected into one big suspenseful mystery. I got so involved with the characters and story. It is one of those books that is so hard to put down. I thoroughly enjoyed how the author went into detail regarding the horseracing life style. I was shocked at the ending and "who dunnit." Another winner by Nora Roberts! More than 5 stars
