This by far was a disappointment. I usually like or even love Nicholas Sparks books. I won't be buying the second.

I felt that the beginning dragged on and was very slow. The story was hard to grasp because I was bored and couldn't feel connected to his characters.

Half way through the dialogue picked up and some interesting secrets were revealed. My attention became intent to finish the book. There wasn't a tragic ending in this book that I look forward to by Nicholas.

The love story between Jeremy and Lexi is annoying. I just didn't feel anything from them but aggravation. The idea of Jeremy trying to convince people that the town is not hunted was a bit boring.

No so much happen and I still can't connect to Jeremy character. It is pretty clear that he got divorced because he is sterile. chapter 2 was a little bit pointless and long but I loved the 3rd one. (hide spoiler)]
