Thanks Joan. I haven't added the recipe. I'll try do it tomorrow. That said, I did just throw it all together so no set measurements as such.

Happy Birthday, Lisa!! Enjoy your 30s, I loved them! Sounds like a fun wedding, Sarah! I hope you are feeling better today. ;)
Joan, it's so awesome that you are out trying new things and learning more about yourself. Have fun!!
Thanks for all the birthday wishes! :)Travis, I know quite a few people who have a September birthday. It does seem to be quite a busy month for birthdays in this country.

I decided I needed a new iPhone today. I spent the better part of the day trying to transfer everything from my old phone over (when I should have been working). I even spent over an hour on the phone with IPhone support before we were disconnected, or he hung up (not sure which). I had to repurchase one of my apps, and quite a bit of my music won't transfer over because I didn't buy it from iTunes. What a pain!
So frustrating, Janice. I hope you find a way to move everything to the new iphone, and without a headache.
I had a bunch of music on my iTunes from years ago that uploaded to my mp3 player. Then I got an iPad. I was able to transfer all that music to my iPad. When I got my first iPhone, it transferred too. Things have gotten more You know, it takes all the fun out of having a new toy.
Yesterday when my kids came back from school I was trying new wireless headphones. My 5 years old came right away to see what I was doing. he: What's that for?
me: I can listen what you are thinking with those.
he: (skeptical look) And what I am thinking?
me: You are thinking I'm lying.
he: (surprised look) Yes!
Travis of NNY wrote: "How do mom's always know?!"Is because of the headphones, of course. :)
Peggy and Kristie, I still laugh when I remember his face. Is such a funny age.
Hehe kids are great. And then you can explain critical thinking! Anyone here use Litsy? I discovered it today. http://litsy.com/

Not heard of it before. I'm not sure i have time for another book site. How does it differ to GR and FictFact?
It's like if you crossed instagram (particularly #bookstagram) and goodreads from the looks of things. You can't post without tagging a book though, so has to be book porn with a purpose. But yes, time is an issue. I was happy to follow people and look at their pictures.
It's not going to be that great for ereader users though i guess if pictures are required. No one wants to see endless pictures of a kindle. Lol
I lit our woodburner for the first time yesterday so that must mean Autumn has arrived. I could do with it on today but i'm going to work soon so i was trying to stick it out.
I've heard of litsy but haven't checked it out yet. I'm going to check it out shortly though. Not sure I should but I will!!
Cozy Sarah! Except the days getting shorter and it's a bit cold on my bike in the morning, I don't notice much autumn yet. It's still sunny and over 20C every day, amazing! But much needed after the crappy summer. I guess the UK is also still nice during the day?We went to a specialty beer festival last weekend and it was so cozy and nice and fun, we had a wonderful time. The good weather helped a lot too, no fun trying beers in the rain...
My sister and her boyfriend came by for a visit which was slightly suspicious, and she told us she's pregnant! So I'm going to be an aunty :DI'm so happy for her, ever since she was little when people asked her what she wanted to be she always said 'a mom'. But she has endometriosis and some other health issues that haven't made it easy for her, and they were about to start with hormones and stuff, but it happened naturally after all :)
I'm not supposed to tell anyone, she's only 5.5 weeks, but I guess I can share it here :)
Yes it's quite warm during the day here Peggy. Just chilly in the morning and at night. I went to Bournemouth at the weekend as my cousin iw getting married there next year so we went to see the venue (I'm going to be bridesmaid). It was sunny but windy but we walked along the beach, sat in deck chairs eating ice cream and had a great time. Very surprised considering it's nearly October. I'm hoping it lasts (here and rest of europe) as we're off to Vienna in 2 weeks.Congrats to your sister Peggy. And you for becoming an aunt (well in 8 months anyway). Aunty Peggy has a nice ring to it. How do you say Aunty in Dutch?
That sounds more like August than end of September Sarah. It's 'tante' in Dutch :) (pronounced like 'wanted' without the d at the end, and of course starting with a t and no a w ;-))
Argh. I had all books on my ereader sorted per genre, and then there was an update, and now it's all gone...
Peggy wrote: "Argh. I had all books on my ereader sorted per genre, and then there was an update, and now it's all gone..."Oh that's awful! I can't stand when my sorting gets lost. That happens all the time with Audible updates. You lose the finished status on books you've read.
I was just adding two books that I had purchased to my TBR list and realized that it was 5 years ago yesterday that started adding books to my list. I do not think I had found YLTO at that time but I am ever so grateful that my daughter, AmyK, showed me the website and got me started looking around. She is not very active because she is working full time and busy raising her two boys but she is still reading and we talk about our books whenever we get a chance.
Oh, Peggy, what a pain, to loose all of that information. I have never sorted by genre on my ereader, but my shelves get messed up on my original nook for some reason. I have not had it happen on my Nook tablet though. Yes, Janice, I have had my Audible account messed up with upgrades a couple of times. I hate it when all of the "Finished" tags go away and I cannot remember if I have listened to the books or not.
