Welcome Shannon! As you can see, besides reading we have plenty of fun with each other. ☺ When I'm in a rut being in this group helps - we have readers of just about every genre so I always end up finding something to pull me out.
Hi, I am Viji from Pondicherry, India. I love reading and needlework. I started participating in challenges only from last year. I like Year Long Challenges but sometimes I do bi-monthly or seasonal challenges. I still have difficulty in understanding the challenge rules, task requirements, finding books etc. but hope to improve gradually!!!

We have readers who all read at various rates. Some are speed readers and some are a bit slower. We also have members who have the time while others are busy with children, jobs, and school. What's important is that you read at your own pace and what your schedule allows.

Hi all. I am forever scratching my head when It is my turn to choose a book for my bookclub. We met last night to discuss The Weird Sisters which was generally well received. Next up is All the Light We Cannot See.Not sure when I'll be up again, but I'd love a few great option ;-)

Hi everyone! First of all Happy new year =).I'm Mimi from France. What can I say about myself? I love reading but I think that's kind of obvious since I'm here ^^.
Anyway, I'm still studying and have a long way to go. That's why I might not be as present as I would like =(.
Back to books and reading, I've set my reading challenge to 60 books (maybe that's quite a lot idk ^^). And being in this group will widen my mind and make me discover new books =).
And I'm sorry if I make mistake in English, since it's not my mother tongue sometimes I don't realise I made a mistake...
Welcome, Mimi! Many of us here speak English as a second language, nobody cares, don't worry about your mistakes. You can take a look at the first page of this thread. We have discussed (and laugh) already because of that.
