My delicious homemade lamb curry and potato curry - and all the trimmings!

The Day the Crayons Came Home It's a children's book. I recognised the cover when I was walking through the kids section of the library. I found me a spot & read it right then & there. loved it!

Fiction.

What do you best like to do when you aren't reading?

Eat out! Luckily I live in Wellington with lots of great cafes and restaurants.

Q. What's your most anticipated read for 2016?

I'm gonna say Stars Above, purely because I finished Winter the other day and I believe it's a collection of the novellas and it features an epilogue which I need to read.

What book do you think everyone needs to read?

Orphan #8 it's an incredible fiction based on fact.

Q: What is your book obsession, that you reread faithfully every year?

[Sharlene]

A: I was wondering how long it might take for Harry Potter to appear. I wouldn't say it's an obsession. I think YA fiction in general is, but I will always reread it whenever an opportunity arises and time allows.

Q: Audiobook or Book-in-hand?

Book in hand although I may be trying an audio soon.

Dead tree or ebook?

I feel bad for answering this but it's a dead tree for me. There is something about how a book smells and the feel of a well read paperback.

Do you read the book first or watch the movie first?

Favourite genre in fiction?

I will happily read anything Contemporary YA or NA so that's probably my fave bit I like a little Fantasy here and there. I'm getting into fairytale re-tellings, like Cinder. Enough about me...

Most memorable childhood book?

by Rumer Godden. I'm hoping a copy turns up at work- preferably with this cover. I loved Japanese dolls. I never owned a copy but I used to take it out of the library several times a year!
