Is GoodReads API RESTFul?

Hi,
I am new here at GoodReads developer group. I am assigned to make an application by fetching data from a RESTFul API.

So My basic question is, if Goodreads API is RESTFul or not.

Honestly I wouldn't say it's the best example of a RESTful api. We're definitely aiming in that direction but the main value of our api is to provide access to our community reviews and book metadata.
