Inky I was able to get all but 2 done which are quick reads (one I have to watch The Blind Banker from Sherlock but I own that so I can watch that on the car ride over) and answering a few questions. I still have my script but that I was already planning to do. It's just so stressful. I hate rushing assignments like that. Hopefully I did well on them.

You do good! So no more stressing! Relaxing time!

I was so spoiled yesterday! I was allowed to go on a make up shopping spree! I almost never get one of these! It was awesome. Tho I will say Sephora made me mad. I asked to get a foundation match and I thought the guy was going to sample some on my hand. He put it on my face. And then he's like "I'd go a shade lighter." I asked him which one be used and he said "6.0. But you should use 4.0. But don't worry. You can't really tell." So with confidence I leave the store. Ten minutes later my husband asks if I mad one side of my face darker on purpose. When I pull out my mirror I see that the shade that guy put on me was like 4 shades darker! I looked like I burnt my face! I was so mad! Now that it's a new day, I find it a little funny. But how dare my husband let me walk around like that!

Inky Home again home again. I adore seeing my Grandma, but be it ever so crumbled, there's no place like home. Lol. How has everyone been? Did I miss anything interesting?

Inky Leela, yay for a shopping spree!! But grr to your husband letting you walk around like that. You should put a blotch of foundation on his cheek while he's sleeping and have him walk around with it unknowingly. Lol.

I should have. XD I'm bored out of mind. Been trying to read a bit more before I have to attend school myself. And with my husband starting a new job and leaving the old job and with me not really being at my job, I am so stressed out!

I'm glad you had a good vacation, Barbara!!!!

Oh my gosh my son has only been in school for two weeks and it seems like we are going to be having problems with this teacher. I am already requesting a parent/teacher conference two weeks in. He hasn't finished class work and the teacher hasn't thought this a problem.

message 508: by [deleted user] (new)

Omg... That's not good. :/

Nope it isn't. I sent a note to school requesting a parent/teacher conference because I was concerned about his grades. her response was "I am concerned about his grades as well." I was thinking if you were so concerned why didn't you contact me first days ago. I mean really it's like she's only saying what she thinks will make me happy. That is so not how I am playing that game.

I imagine that it is going to be a very frustrating conference if she's not caring. -.-

My hubby and I watched the entire series in one day ! That's thing I love/hate about Netflix...it's awesome that you don't have to wait for the next episode...but it stinks when you finished the series in a day and have to wait forever until the next season!

It's okay so far. I know it's probably wonderful, but I'm not enthused about it. I think it's where I'm reading all three of them back to back.
