I was wondering whether anyone knew what this one is, I think the hero is Sicilian and his sister is in a coma but she calls his ex-wife's name. He decides to bring his ex-wife to see her. The ex-wife was never liked by his family especially his sister who was the reason they broke up in the first place and she can't understand why the sister would call for her. She goes to visit and the sister wakes up thinking they're still together and they have to play the part of newlyweds and start to grow close again. Then the sister gets her memory back and is horrified by what she did and the ex-wife says she'll keep her secret and leaves but the hero comes to tell her he loves her and we have our happy ending.
If anyone knows what it is please let me know.
