Hey,I'm thinking of reading it. I've seen the trailer and I thought it looked good, so I just have one question: is it 1 movie for the whole series?
I'm not sure. I wouldn't think so. There are two books, but the second is from Adam's perspective a few years later so I presume that it's only the first one. (I haven't seem it myself though)
It's alright, but in my opinion the first one is better. However, it might be totally different for you :)
This book = adjklsajklkgjjgg = PERFECT Don't even get me started ont the film ok, I've been watching the trailer since I found out it was becoming a film and I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!
I just finished reading it last night, and I gotta say, amazing book. Whenever I'd read about her parents and Teddy in flash backs, I'd love them. And thennn it does back to the present where they're all dead. Heart breaker.
A lot of ya'll may disagree, but I was kind of disappointed in the ending!! I mean. I'm glad she decided to live regardless, but I feel like the final scene could have been built up just a bit more. Does anyone agree??
Best book ever I can't wait for the movie
Ummm, is it any good? One of my friends read it and said it was the worst book ever but another friend said it was even better than Divergent. Suggestions?
The first book was quite good and I can't wait for the movie!Really disappointed by the second book, it was completely unnecessary and even ruined the first book a little. Would recommend the first book, but not the second.
Also it was better than the divergent books.
So I've read If I Stay, and I loved it. I'm not sure about reading Where She Went, though. Have any of you read it? I need opinions!
Finally the movie is coming out!!!I'm so excited!!!I've read the first book long time ago and loved it .I read where she went too and it was actually really good.
I would recommend reading where she went. especially if you want to know what becomes of mia and her relationship with Adam.
Yeah. I'm wondering. If I stay was a beautifully touching book...I kept myself from crying a lot of the time because Mia described the situation so beautifully.
I read "If I stay" but I didn't feel the need to continue on with the series. I mean I liked it but not enough to pick up "Where she went". I guess I'm just not that into contemporaries anymore.
I began reading this book but put it down so I can finish another book. So far I love the book and the concepts in it. Some of my friends said the movie adaptation wasn't faithful though.
I didn't really like the writing style of the book, flashback-reality-flashback, but I get how it was totally necessary for the novel. The movie was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was beautiful. Well, almost everything. For those of you that have seen it, you'll know what I'm talking about. The memory montages - there was like two of them that I remember - seemed a little strange, and at the end when the screen went white for a moment I nearly screamed out in frustration! I don't think I liked the movie more than I liked the book, but I definitely think the movie made me appreciate the book more. When it was over and my mom was sobbing, I practically dragged her out of the theater and made her take me to Barnes and Noble for Where She Went, which I will say, was WORLDS better than If I Stay.I loved the music they incorporated into the movie. All of that was just so beautifully done. I overall think the movie was very faithful to the book. Here's to hoping for a Where She Went movie!!
I liked how true they kept to the book, most books change the dialouge but in the movie, they had almost the same dialouge. I think I like the book better than the movie though, I am excited to see if/when they make "Where She Went" into a movie. (MY OPINION)

I saw the movie trailer so I decided to read the book and I do not regret it ... I read both of the books in like 3 days. This was a very well written and powerful book and the stories of her past intermingled with her feelings about her family was very well written.
I felt her pain about her family and her dilemma of whether she wanted to come back or not.
So I started reading this book again and I LOVE IT. So glad I didn't leave it on the shelf for too long.
Nah, but maybe we can make one!
The Celloists?
The Stayers?
The Celloists?
The Stayers?
I weeped this whole book! But i read it in day!I found it weirdly and easy light read considering the subject but I liked it
I read "if i stay" and....well I didn't see it as anything very special or anything. I'd probably rate it 2 1/2 or 3 stars. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a bad book, but it wasn't amazing or WOW either. I haven't read "where she went" yet, and even though I can live without reading it ever, I kinda have to because I wanna see what happens to the two (the book wasn't that bad for me to never read the sequels or anything). But overall, the book was okay. :)

The trailer is so good!
