Nichole - Glad you are enjoying the books. I was very impressed with Clean Sweep. They have just started writing the sequel posting chapters online as they go like they did with the original.

~KarenH~ | 11338 comments Hi ~Leslie~!

I did manage to get through two more picks, I finished Rock Chick a week or so ago, and I thought it was cute, but it didn't live up to the hype for me so it was a little disappointing. I will be continuing the series, though. I also read The Rosie Project, which was also recommended for me last month too (thanks, Crystal!) and I really liked it a lot. Very funny and sweet, and the farther I get away from reading it, the better I remember liking it. I'm really looking forward to the sequel's release in a few months! Thanks for all the great picks, with a little luck and some extra reading time I might be able to fit one more short one in before the end of the month! :D

glad you enjoyed them! I've been pretty sucky at updating also, so no worries. :)

here are my picks for you. I hop you find something to enjoy!

2. Stay-cation:..."

Miriam!

I was able to finish Lick - which I really enjoyed - and Left Drowning - which... was the 2nd 5 star read for me this year. Only the second! But I thought it was really, really great. Thanks for the picks! Not sure if I can squeeze in another pick for the rest of the month, but ya never know.

Nichole | 1010 comments Hi Diane~Firefly~!

Well I finished Clean Sweep (Innkeeper Chronicles #1) by Ilona Andrews and yep I loved it. So original! 5 stars!

I also finished Venom (Elemental Assassin, #3) by Jennifer Estep . Holy Smokes, Batman! What a ride. I'm so glad you told me to keep going after the first one and that by the 3rd it got so much better. It was freaking awesome. Like, catapulted me into obsession territory now. 5 stars again.

I might be able to squeeze in one more before the end of the month. I'll try but if not I'll get to them eventually. Thanks for the great picks!!

Carla (carlacollette) | 347 comments Alexis--I just finished my fourth PIFM this month, Tempting the Bride (Fitzhugh Trilogy, #3) by Sherry Thomas and really liked it. The characters are really wonderful and I enjoyed the tension created by her amnesia. Thanks for the great recommendation; somehow I'd lost track of this series.

Nichole - I'm so happy you loved them both. Venom might be the favorite of that series for me, but they stay pretty high quality here on out. And Clean Sweep is my new obsession, I hope they finish the sequel soon.

Here are my picks for you...I hope you enjoy them:

1. Travel Abroad: Sinful (St. John-Duras, #1) by Susan Johnson (TBR)

2. Stay-cation: A Creed In Stone Creek (Montana Creeds, #5) by Linda Lael Miller ..."

hi, angi.
i have managed to finish a whopping three books for the challenge this month: Joyce's Awakening - i was looking forward to this one, because the premise is one that you don't often see, but something about the writing style just didn't click with me. Naked Tails - i was kind of meh about this one, too. Honeymoon For One - this one i enjoyed. it was well written with few grammatical errors. there were a couple huge plot leaps, but it was pleasant. i'm still planning on reading Come Away with Me, but time is running out on me, so we'll see. thank you so much for the effort you put into picking books for me.

Penney (pschoener) | 3553 comments Hi Pam! I was able to fit in Crazy Little Thing Called Love, it was a cute fluffy read but the dialog was a bit silly at times. I gave it three stars Thanks for the push!

message 312: by Hina (new)

Hina (hinaj) | 2581 comments Hi Kaileigh,

I didn't get a chance to get to Life of Pi, but I was able to read Trouble in Mudbug (Ghost-in-Law, #1) by Jana Deleon , I gave it 4 star. It was a great cozy mystery and humorous.

message 313: by Hina (new)

Hina (hinaj) | 2581 comments I believe that was all I will be reading from my picks this month. Thanks Fran and Kaileigh for the picks!!!

So I have ended up reading:
Beauty Becomes You (Beauty, #4) by Skye Warren How to Misbehave (Camelot, #1) by Ruthie Knox Suddenly You by Lisa Kleypas Trouble in Mudbug (Ghost-in-Law, #1) by Jana Deleon

Raine

I just finished Down Under which was a really interesting read. I gave it 3.5 stars overall. It was an unique world and I wished there had been more world building in it so I was clearer on the particulars, but the characters were fun and very sweet.

I had read Clear Water at the end of last month which I really loved so thanks for that pick as well. ;) If I squeeze one more in I'll let you know. But thanks again for all the picks. I've got a bunch more books on my TBR now. :D

Lacy, her Animal series is cute, but I think her Lucky Harbor series is better!

message 319: by Pam (new)

Pam | 1048 comments Amy J Read Poison Study (Study, #1) by Maria V. Snyder and I don't know why it has taken me so long to read this book. I loved it! Have put the next one on my TBR. Thanks for helping push it off my TBR.

mary (darcyfanatic) | 39 comments Hey Amanda!

I was only able to finish Sweet Talk (Buchanan-Renard, #10) by Julie Garwood this month. I really enjoyed it though! I wish I had more time to read Slave to Sensation, but my schoolwork took over my life. But it is going to be the first book after graduation that I am going to read.

Daffodil (daffodil--ripcranberry) | 1058 comments MountainKat I finished a 6th book on the 29th. Kinked (Elder Races, #6) by Thea Harrison was great and I will definitely get Night's Honor in September.

Thanks for all my great picks!

Elizabeth (elizabeth_greece) | 1918 comments Hi Skandia!
I managed to finish my third pick The Sweet Gum Tree by Katherine Allred but it didn't work out for me. Up until 30% in the book seemed great but it went downhill after this point.
I'm going to read 3 more of your picks on June. Thank you:)
