Looking forward to starting Cinder today. Happened to see that you guys are reading it as well so I thought I'd join up :)
I've heard great things of this series. Looking forward to reading it... finally!!!
It's a fantastic read! I bought the rest of the series yesterday for my ereader
I got it as a gift only yesterday - talk about good timing! I know next to nothing about the plot, so I'm looking forward to read it along with you guys.

Really looking to starting this when I get home Sunday night, it'll be fun to re-read it with the different perspectives that I've gotten throughout the series and be a nice read while I'm waiting to get Fairest and read Winter
Hey, I finished it in two days! It was definitely a quick read for me. I really enjoyed it and can't wait to discuss it with you guys.One I will say is that it reminds me a lot of a game I played on Steam called 'Cinders', which has the traditional setting of Cinderella but the heroine is more like Cinder from the book. The book really made me want to play that game again.
I'll have to check that game out Sam!! Sounds unique! I probably don't need to be buying anything on Steam, but going to check it out regardless haha. Just starting out the book...about 3 chapters in and I'm already hooked!
so far I'm interested in the book.. about 5 chapters in and looking forward to continuing it. ok, ok... I'm hooked. :)
What do we think of Kai so far?

I have to finish up a couple books first, but I want wait to start! I'll probably start halfway through the month. I'm excited to fish I you guys about it! I've been wanting to start this series for the longest time. :)

I finished it last night and can't wait til we get onto scarlet, I love kai!
Love Kai so far but it's still a little early to tell! About 200 pages in and since I have no willpower I'll probably finish this tonight!
Also liking Kai so far! Still early on in the book, so still a bit early for me to make a solid judgement on him yet :)
Holy cow! So I knew it, I have no will power and I just finished Cinder. I'm speechless and at the same time can't say enough. Can't wait for everyone to be done so I can gush!
I really enjoyed Cinder too! Oh my goodness, I loved so many of the characters and developed a huge soft spot for Peony and Dr. Erland

I'm really loving this book!!Cinder is so sassy I love her! I love Iko too, Iko is hilarious.
I have such a soft spot for Peony as well Sarah! She's so sweet!
I like Dr Erland, he's funny. He's such an interesting one though... I feel like there's more there.
So, at the moment I'm really enjoying the book.
However.
I'm on Chapter 16 now but about four chapters back I had a thought and if my thought is correct then it's a huge spoiler so I won't say what my thought was.
I really hope it's just a crazy thought or a false trail we're meant to follow because if it is true then I really hope we were meant to have worked it out that early on into the book! I'd hate to have ruined it for myself!
I'd really hate to spoil anyone so if it's okay I'd like to DM someone who's finished the book... I need to put my mind at ease haha

Loved Iko as well. Kai was well developed and interesting. Cinder is quite cool - I love reading about tech savy girls :)

I'm done the book as well so if anyone wants to talk about things in terms of spoilers and thoughts I'm all for it, and I'll try to respond in a half decent amount of time, I'll probably be able to respond during university classes the most

Think I will read it again after I finish 'Daughter of Smoke and Bone' and write a proper review.I liked Peony as well - she could have easily just been the silly girl, but she wasn't. Dr Erland creeped me out a little, got better later on in my mind.
I just started on it this morning and I'm already halfway! It's much more fast-paced than the classics I've been reading lately. And I think I might have had the same thought as some if you guys pretty early in the book as well, but I don't know if I'm right
I feel like the odd one of the group. I didn't really feel the hook until chapter 4; but certain things are explained that drew me towards these characters. Honestly, I don't know what my mind is thinking. But I really like Iko she's funny and Peony has my heart. Really want Cinder to say something mean to Adri (dislike her, a lot). But I want to finish this book it has me intrigued now.
I finished Cinder last night! It was a great read and seriously I loved all the characters. Especially Iko c: I need Scarlett now!
man I am almost done and I can't believe all that is happening! I really want to get scarlet, but if only my stores weren't sold out!

I just finished as well. Some minor flaws but overall I enjoyed it and hope I can pick up Scarlet and Cress at the library next week!
