adding author name to tags?

There are two quotes by Fred Lowe Soper on GR, can his name be added to the tags on both quotes? He was quite famous in his time especially 1940 -1950 for his what were thought to be impossible international accomplishments in disease (esp. malaria eradication).
A general internet search pulls up the quotes off the 'malaria eradication' tags, but not him by name directly. Since he actually wrote the book on malaria eradication, his work is now becoming very very relevant.

There's no reason to add an author's name to the tags; searching by their name will already pull up their quotes.
