But have you tried it?

No....I haven't tried chocolate cake with gravy, either.

message 2353: by [deleted user] (new)

I am with LG. This combination is just wrong, and I'm not prepared to try it!

Félix (habitseven) Fine. Leaves more for us.

...and there will be more of you if you eat it.

message 2357: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Well, not if done in moderation.

Ryan (rhyambience) | 50 comments Thanks for being a trooper, Larry. The coffee there is also delicious, and I know everyone is a fan of coffee here.

There is no such thing as fried chicken in moderation. One piece and you've flown right past reasonable as far as calories and fat.

message 2361: by Julie (new)

Julie (jooliaaah) Thanks Lee and Jim!

And as for the chicken and waffle conversation, have you all been to The Hash House? Every time I go I want to order it (because that's why people deal with a 3 hr wait time to eat there) but I always chicken out and order the blackberry granola flapjacks.

~Geektastic~ (atroskity) | 3205 comments ^^ I'm not sure I quite understand what is going on with those waffles. Is that chicken on top?

message 2363: by Julie (new)

Julie (jooliaaah) LOL, yes, amongst other things. They always put a sprig of something on their food and the serving sizes are ridiculously big....but it's always delish!

message 2364: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I want some.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I appreciate that some of you seem to be lovers of the thin waffle. I much prefer those to the Belgian kind. It was hard to find a non-Belgian waffle maker when I went looking for one a few years back.

message 2372: by Ryan (new)

Ryan (rhyambience) | 50 comments I am just a fan of all kinds of waffles.

message 2378: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I can see that, Mark.

message 2379: by [deleted user] (new)

Rhetorical maybe but am I the only person on God's green earth whom, if he doesn't see another cutesy fucking cat picture, is just fine with that?

What I'd really like to see is a picture of a cat rescuing someone or actually contributing something to society outside of covering its own shit. Anyone?

Nah, didn't think so.

message 2380: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Shut the front door, Clark.

I'm really starting to hate pictures of any types in book reviews.

Cat pics online have become ironic, then meta-ironic, then ironicmetaironic, and then I lost track.

message 2383: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Losing track is one of the first signs.
