I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. And the funny thing is that I have been reading Mercedes Lackey since I was a teenager and even though I haven't read her a lot of her newer books I still keep track of them, but somehow this book was not on my radar until last year.

I have a question for Swamp Thing, Monster (Read a book with a monster on cover or where a monster is one of the main characters). What would count as a 'monster'? Zombies, Vampires, Werewolfs, Dragons, Demons...?
