I read this book in a library in London which I do not remember anymore:

It was the original authors' son who did the book: from her dead mother's journals/diary from when she was active.

She was a "luxury-prostiture" around London - highly involved with stuff going on with celebrities as John Lennon and Brian Jones (of Rolling Stones).

She even mentioned in the book that John Lennon had a fetish of masturbating to her mother, and that Brian Jones was murdered by drug-fiends in his pool.

She died from an overdose, and she had her "HQ" in Notting Hill where his son found her diaries.

I remember that the cover was red-ish, and that the title had something with "belly" in it.
