I've been looking back this year and thinking about which series had the biggest impact on me in 2015. I couldn't narrow it down to just one but the two series that stuck out to me the most were Madoka Magica and Bokurano. Both were in a way deconstructions of their respective genres, Magical Girl and Mecha. I have to say, I was impressed by what I experienced. I know that these titles were released several years ago and I found out about them by word of mouth. Honestly, the number of titles this year didn't grab me as much as I would've liked, but I hope that next year will be promising (Aijin and AoT season 2).
I want to know which series was the best for you this year? It can a title that was released in any year, manga or anime.
