Is it possible to have a never-published book deleted?

I had a book planned for (self) publication last November, but due to unforeseen life events, the book was not published. After months of evaluating my situation, I've decided not to follow through with publishing this book. If it ever saw daylight (which is not an option, as of current), I'd most likely release it through Wattpad rather than self-publishing as I have with my other novels. Is there any way I can have this book removed?

(For the record, it was never published, nor were ARCs sent out as the last few chapters never were written.)

Wattpad counts as publication for Goodreads purposes.

Which book? Has it been released in any form, including ARCs (print or electronic)?

It's this book, and no, it has not been released in any form. I sent out the first three chapters to a few people for early feedback (in a Word file) but that's all that anyone has seen. The book itself is not finished, and due to unforeseen circumstances, probably won't be.
