What do you guys like this?

I like this story because it has a prolonged plot and internal conflict about Peeta being able to overcome his stings to love Katniss again. And for Katniss to choose between Gale and Peeta and choosing Peeta.

Ok so I recently reread this book because of the movie and the first time I read it I totally hated it, but after rereading it I discovered iI liked it much more. I think the first time after I read it whenever I thought of the book I thought of the bad things, (Peeta going crazy, Prim diving, exc.) But when I read it again I realized how much I had not payed attention to and how good the story line really was. So if you liked Hunger Games, and Catching Fire but didn't really enjoy Mockingly, I would suggest rereading it and focus on the better parts of the story.

I liked it anyway,when i read the books(all three),the movies were not released and reread them without thinking about the movies.i loved them anyway...
Perhaps these books are depressing but they make us aware about the violence around us-atrocities we often dont pay attention to

I like that it had a solid plot and that the author didn't stoop to fanservice just to get more readers which seems to be the case with a lot of other otherwise promising novels. I love the to-hell-with-HEAs vibe.

I thought the story-telling was top notch, even though the author didn't really take any chances with the structure. Character development was equally impressive.

Chances like doing something really different/original/weird/or creative. Something like Mark Danielewski does, the structure of the book/story is pretty straightforward. It's geared more towards a larger audience and younger readers, so it's probably for the best.

Okay...have you read battle royale??i know it is compared to the hunger games all the time but give it a try,if you can.its structure is(if thg is not ripped off from it) similar to that of thg.though there are many crucial differences but you cant help thinking that the premises of both the novels are similar.
I just wanna know what you think about that book.have you read it??
