So, we're going to have to decide who gets the vampire and who gets the nurse. And whoever gets the nurse gets the child too
Nah, I don't hate you for it, cuz I think the same. I often end up being the guy though, so I think I should probably do something different
Haha we are stuck in the same boat! I'm the same way except for on a few I'm mostly the guy but seriously I don't care

Sorry he kind of sucks right now
Nickolas woke up in a room that resembled a hospital. He frowned a bit at all of the machines and such around him. The vampire sat up with a groan and looked around a little more. He honestly couldn't remember how he had gotten into this room.
Phoenix rolled a small medical cart down a long hallway. Many doctors and scientists passed by. She even saw a vampire get dragged out of her room. She sighed softly and pushed her assigned patient's door open. She rolled the cart in and smiled slightly at Nickolas. "I see you're awake," she said in a quiet voice.
Nickolas's eyes darted to the door when she came into the room. He had been staring out the window trying to come up with a way to get out of there un-noticed by everyone. However as soon as Phoenix walked into the room that plan was foiled. He nodded a little, "How long have I been here?" He asked in a low voice.
She thought about it for a second and answered, "Two days. I suppose you don't remember why you're here." She moved closer, gently rolling up his sleeve. "While you're here, you might want to cooperate with the doctors. For your safety."
He frowned a little, 'Two days?' he thought. how could he not remember two whole days?. Her moving closer to him brought his attention right back to her, "What do you mean?" he asked watching her movements.((I finally put a picture up of him... I hope the link works))
((It did))She glanced up at him and finished rolling up his sleeve. "The doctors can get quite aggressive if the patients don't cooperate." She pulled the cart closer and picked up a prepared needle. "Now please don't be afraid. I'm only going to draw your blood. I'm not injecting anything else."
(( Awesome))His frown deepened a little, "I don't care what they think. I want to know why I'm here and how I got here in the first place." He muttered watching her get the needle. Nickolas moved away from her a little, "How do I know that you aren't?" He asked staring at her.
She showed him the needle, showing him that there were no liquids inside. "I just need to draw your blood. I'll tell you why you're here if you let me."
He moved his gaze to the needle and sighed softly moving back over so she could reach him, "Fine, but you better not be lying to me."
She tied a rubber band on his arm to find a vein. She carefully injected the needle in, quickly drawing out his blood. She took the needle out and placed it in a small cooler. She cleaned up the bit of blood that came out of him. "Alright, you are here because the doctors and scientists are looking for a cure. You know by now that you're a vampire, yes?"
He carefully watched all of her movements as she drew his blood. He only flinched a little when she stuck the needle in his arm. Nickolas watched her face as she spoke nodding just a little to show he was listening. "Yeah I have realized that."
She threw away the plastic gloves that she was wearing and sat down in a chair next to his bed. "Well, they have gathered many vampires, and they use you as test subjects to find a cure for your vampirism. So far, they have no leads."
He let his eyes wander around the room as she sat down by his bed, "Okay so why do they want to cure it? They are the ones who made us aren't they?" He questioned looking back at her.
She nodded. "Yes, although it was an accident. So now they are trying to reverse it." She smiled slightly. "The nurses were given strict orders not to speak with the patients, but I think that's bull," she said softly.
He nodded just a little, "So now they are using us to figure out what went wrong.' He muttered softly. A small smile inched across his face, "You don't seem to have taken that rule seriously." He commented
She shook her head. "Nope. I don't see anything wrong with talking to the patients." She leaned back in her chair. "Well, I think I haven't introduced myself. My name is Phoenix."
HE thought about what she said and bobbed his head a little, "It's nice to have someone talk to you instead of stare at you like your an object." He answered. "I'm Nickolas.... and I'd say it's nice to meet you but I would rather it be somewhere else."
She nodded. "Yeah. I know this place isn't the greatest, but they won't let us out until they find a cure," she said quietly.
She nodded. "We all are. No one is allowed out, except for the scientists." She slowly stood up. "Well, I should probably take this cart back. Would it be alright if I came back, or should I leave you alone?"
"That's terrible." He replied shaking his head a little. He nodded a little when she said she had to leave, "You can come back... it's nicer to have someone to talk to in a room that looks like this." he said gesturing to the white walls
She smiled slightly and nodded. "Well, I'll be back shortly." She opened the door and rolled the cart back into the hall. She kept thinking about Nickolas as she took the cart to a room full of locked cabinets. She unlocked one and put the cooler inside.
She left the cart where she got it from and hung up her medical coat. She was now just wearing her skinny jeans and her red hoodie. She took her hair out of her ponytail and calmly, but quickly walked back towards his room.
