Im looking for a book I started reading awhile ago but when I moved I lost the book.
All I can remember from the book was
-Protagonist is female
-Protagonist inherited psychic powers from Mother
-Protagonist rides a motor cycle
-Protagonist visits a hospital to see a young child who is dying of a disease.

I really cant remember much. I liked the book but I lost it in the move like I said. Can someone please help me look for it?
