I know it's not really consider fiction, but that's why I love challenges like theses, you can fit it to you or your interpretations of something. Since I know I will not be reading anything from the historical genre, this book will have to do.

[√] Listen to an audiobook that has won an Audie Award - Not My Father's Son by Alan Cumming
2/24

18. Read a book that was adapted into a movie, then watch the movie. Debate which is better. - The Martian by Andy Weir (adapted into an Oscar Nominated movie starring Matt Damon)
I finished the book The Martian this week, and I watched the movie starring Matt Damon. Because I'd seen previews for the movie before I started the book, I actually heard Damon's voice when I read the main character. I think he was a good choice for the role. The book was fantastic, I loved the premise and I felt like there was enough explained so that it was a believable scenario. This is the ultimate of survival stories.
I loved both the book and the movie - the movie gives more insight to what is happening on Earth, which does take you away from the isolation of the character during times when he should not know anyone is with him. That's the benefit the book has over the movie - it keeps you isolated with the main character longer, with less interruptions as to what is happening on Earth or elsewhere. But it was a good adaptation, and the changes were necessary to capture the mainstream movie audience.

Read a non-superhero comic that debuted in the last three years. - V for Vendetta
It's not exactly last three years, but since I've been wanting to read this for a long long time; I'm ignoring that last part of this one! :)
4/20

16. Read the first book in a series by a person of color - I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou ✔
- This is the first in the series of her memoirs. I really enjoyed this and will be adding the others to my tbr.
