1. What Neil reveled to Charlie showed the good in Reyes. I hope we will see more of Neil, and hopefully hear some more of those stories about Reyes. Keeping my fingers crossed. 2. I was surprised at first to read about his fan clubs, then after thinking about it, it made sense. I've seen adds in papers asking women to write to inmates. With the sensuality Reyes exudes he's bound to get a huge following.
3. I feel sorry for Elaine Oake, but who can really blame her? I mean come on, it's Reyes!
4. I agree with Charlie, but they've also most likely followed Amador.
5. I love the slow reveals about Charlie's grimm reaper abilities. I believe Charlie's dad is getting desperate to know more about Charlie's abilities but needs to be more discreet when around others.
1. What do you think about what Neil revealed to Charley? Reyes was very protective of those he cared for and Neil's story was an example of that.2. Are you surprised that Reyes has "fans?" Why or why not? I'm not surprised at all. It's not unheard of for prisoners, especially those sentenced for many years, to have women clamoring for their attention. Why or why not? There are many sad and lonely women who would consider a man locked in a cage the ideal man. Add Reyes's supernatural appeal and gorgeous looks, and fans are a given.
3. What do you think of Elaine Oake? Elaine is an opportunist who needs to be the center of attention. She's rich, doesn't work and has too much time on her hands.
4. How do you think the US Marshals know about Kim? I think they checked out every lead they could find, including the rumors found on the websites. Do you agree with Charley that it's because of the fan sites? I think it could be the fan sites or Elaine's informant.
5. How do you feel about Charley's badass grim reaper moves? I think it was about time for Charley to tap into some of her abilities. What about how her dad reacted to them? Her father already suspected she was capable of doing something special, other than communicating with dead people. The fact that her father was so stunned that he questioned her in front of others made me angry. If Uncle Bob knew to keep his cool, Charley's father should have, too.

1. What do you think about Neil revealed to Charley? Neil revealed to Charley made me think that Reyes was one badass inmate you don’t want to mess with.

I'm not surprised to say the least about Reyes’s fan club.

I thought Elaine Oake was cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs with way too much time on he hands.

I absolutely thought it was the fan sites that gave Kim’s identity away.

I thought Charley’s badass moves were cool. Leland’s reaction to Charley’s moves was normal. But I was more surprised, that Charley isn’t aware of her move while she’s in motion. It’s almost like she’s in a trance.

Nope. I mean, yes, at first. I didn't know he could be so known to public, then again, his case was sort of public and people (women and men alike) could get infatuated by seeing him...
Hell, I'm a fan of Reyes too.

She's a fake! She stole my idea of a Reyes's fan club. I got outbid for those grainy photos of him in the shower...

I was with Charley on this one. If a woman with money could get so much info (we know how, later) then some people with some connections could too.

I love Charley. I want her to stay alive so any power she newly discovers is welcome! :D Leeland, Charley's dad's reaction would be the same as mine. You can't accept such things to be real unless you witness it.... countless times.

We pick back up with Charley and Cookie as they head over to the Mora County Sheriff's Department to pursue the Kyle Kirsh lead in their case. Charley thinks that the fake FBI agents and the visitors in her apartment this morning are all connected with Kyle.
The two women then head over to visit Neil Gossett, Charley's old schoolmate and current deputy warden of Reyes's former prison. During their meeting, Charley trades Neil information about Reyes: she tells Neil that Reyes is the son of Satan in exchange for information surrounding unusual happenings involving Reyes while he was in prison (in other words, some crazy supernatural stuff). Charley also needs information about who tried to visit Reyes while he was incarcerated, so she can figure out how the US Marshals found out about his sister, Kim. The only person on his approved visitor list is Amador Sanchez, Reyes's best friend from high school and former cellmate. Neil tells Charley that Reyes refuses "all the others." When Charley asks what he means, he tells her that Reyes has online fan clubs and hordes of women who tried to visit him. Charley is very taken aback (and a bit jealous). At Neil's urging, she goes to visit one of the fan clubs' ringleaders, Elaine Oake, who paid guards and other inmates for information about Reyes.
As it turns out, Elaine Oake is pretty batshit crazy. She has a whole Reyes museum in her multi-million dollar home, complete with grainy shower photos (yum) and a falsified marriage license for herself and Reyes, so she could fuel the internet rumor that they were married (yuck). Probably the most interesting thing in the "museum" was a sheet of paper filled with "Dutch" written over and over, accompanied by a sketch of Charley's apartment building. There were also some postcards from Mexico without a return address on them, which Charley takes with her when she leaves. After finding out that Reyes escaped the long-term care facility, Ms. Oake is a little afraid that Reyes will come after her due to their fake marriage... In exchange for Charley letting her know as soon as Reyes is found, Ms. Oake gives her the name of her current informant at the prison.
Back at her office, late at night, Charley is checking out the fan sites for Reyes, which mention an unconfirmed rumor that Reyes has a sister. Charley suspects that this is how the US Marshals tracked Kim down. At about 3am, she leaves her office and heads down to see if her dad is still at the bar. Charley's dad's office light is on, but he's not in there... and she can feel his fear coming from inside the kitchen. As she goes in there, she's suddenly attacked by a man with a knife. Now we see some of Charley's formerly-unknown badass reaper abilities: as the knife plunges towards her, time slows, and she's able to duck out of the way and simultaneously slit his throat with her own knife. When she frees her dad from his duct tape gag and binds, he calls her movements "inhuman."
Ubie rushes to the scene, and Charley's dad is taken to the hospital with a minor head injury. The attacker was a parolee who had been threatening Charley's dad and his family for weeks, which is part of the reason why Ubie had recently put a tail on Charley. Charley is understandably furious that no one told her about this. After a visit to the hospital herself--the attack left a long gash down her chest that needs to be superglued shut--Charley heads home with Cookie, wondering why Reyes didn't show up to save her...
