Help! I'm not sure how this happened

I tried to add this, since it's up for pre-order (and on sale) on ARE and I ended up with it A) under the wrong D.C. Williams and B) with no cover image.
I am frankly, not sure how either happened, since I would have sworn I loaded the cover jpg, and I'm me. I added the link for the image, since I couldn't figure out how to post the jpg.

Your author profile name has 2 spaces between the initials and last name - D.C.^^Williams (where ^ = space). Any time you add a book, you will need to put in the extra space to have it connect to your profile.

Thank you, Bea! I should be able to add my jpg now though, I think, since Goodreads now knows I'm the author.
