Yesterday I spent six hours at a craft fair selling books. I did manage a couple of sales and there is a peak in my on-line sales today. The other bonus was to sit and talk with three other independent authors about marketing their books. The one thing they all mentioned was my lack of a web page. I am in a quandary. One the one hand, I get the fact that not everyone is on Facebook and people tend to search for web pages on line for books. On the other hand, I have limited free time in my life. Setting up and maintaining a webpage steals from my already too scarce time to write. If anyone has thoughts pro or con on this issue, I am interested.
