@Ricky some people like coffee, some don't. I cannot drink coffee unless it's loaded with creamer and sugar.

Coffee has lots of antioxidants in it. It's good for you, in moderation, of course. It also helps when you're depressed. Coffee should NOT get a bad rap, as long as you're eating balanced meals and exercising.

I add coffee whitener to take away the bitterness. Makes it nice and creamy.
