The Graveyard Book
question
Which book should I read next?

I have read The Graveyard Book, Coraline, and The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman. I have enjoyed them all. However, I am having a hard time deciding which of his I should read next. I have been leaning towards American Gods. Any recommendations?

American Gods is considered to be one of his greatest works. You can't go wrong there.
If you are looking to try to be really different you can read his graphic novel series "The Sandman."

I liked Anansi Boys (1) and Neverwhere (2). I have not read American Gods yet, on my list.
Those three are all geared towards children. Anansi Boys, American Gods, and Neverwhere are all geared towards adults. I've read all six of these, loved them all.
American Gods is the darkest of the three that you haven't read.

I am so jealous that you have all those books ahead of you to discover! I personally would recommend Neverwhere. I am rereading it right now. :)
Stardust is a fun read and is very different from the movie.
I've read and listened to several different versions of Neverwhere. It's my favorite Gaiman work.
Neverwhere!!!! One of the best books ever, and after that American Gods.
Anansi Boys was a great read, Neverwhere was fabulous but the best Gaiman book is American Gods. Honestly, you can never go wrong when reading Gaiman. They are all amazing. He is one of my favorite authors.
Well, you've already read his two best novels imo. American Gods is great. Stardust and Anansi Boys are really good, though not perfect. Neverwhere is...well...we all make mistakes.
Really though you should be reading Sandman if you're going to read Gaiman. Even if you're not into comics, they are without a doubt his best work.
