Yes I played in the last round, so I can do it.
Yes I played in the last round, so I can do it. Since the first roll is for Thursday, so we can roll at midnight, but I will probably be asleep, so I can roll in the morning, if you are okay with waiting.
Okay so I rolled a 5, which means you can read the 5th book in a series OR the alternate is to choose a book from the Re-Reads Shelf

Since we roll twice a week, we need to finish our book by Saturday night so we can roll for Sunday at midnight.

I've yet to hear back from Bouchra. If y'all have any friends that might want to play feel free to invite them!

I'm guessing Bouchra isn't going to be able to participate and figures since y'all are the one team that had 3 players. I did put put an announcement in the discussion but do invite anyone you might know.

 Hi Bouchra!
Hi Bouchra! YAY!!! you made it. We just started today, and I don't think we have gotten any replacement yet.
 Hina,
Hina,Since this is my first time playing, could you walk me through what I need to do. That way I know I'll have it right :)

So basically on Thursday, I will roll the dice, and we move through the game (message 3), so all the numbers rolled, will apply to series in a book. When we get to double digits, like 15, then it will be more choices, like we can read book 15 in the series, book 1 or book 5 in the series and there is an alternate for every spot in the game so if we can't find a book in the series, then we can read a book that fits the alternate, which can be other shelves, book covers, etc. Then just like what we already have done, we will post what book we will read (minimum page requirement is 150) and then once you are finished, you just post the date read, rating of your book and a short review of the book. The book has to be done before we roll again so that means books have to be done by Saturday night since we roll on Sunday.
Does that make sense? Below is the link explaining the game...if you still have questions, let me know.

A new to me author, and I really liked her. It was fast action packed book, and I just had to keep reading to find out what is going to happen. Amanda is on the run with her son who is the only witness to the murder of her brother and those people want something. She runs to our hero Blake who is now a sheriff to a small town because his career and family was destroyed and he is pretty sure Amanda's brother who was also his best friend had a part in it. Amanda and Blake are on the run to uncover the truth to save themselves and take out the bad guys. It was a great story, kept me interested till the end.

I most admit that I was slightly disappointed with this one. Still a good read and I will read the next in the series but, this one just didn't seem to flow like Patricia Briggs' other entries in the Mercy Thompson series. I found myself looking forward to the end instead of dreading it.
Mercy and the usual cast of characters were there. Sadly, Mercy seemed to waffle quite a bit more then usual. I have never considered her a faint-hearted miss but she was sure acting like it. Samuel's problem, that has been building since the beginning, comes to a head and is resolved in short order. Leaving me to wonder what all the build-up was about.
All in all I feel slightly let down on this one. Hopefully the next installment will be better.

This is my second time reading it, but its one of those book that I am always looking for an excuse to read again and again. It is a great humorous contemporary romance, and we start with Jason and Haley and into the Bradford family. Jason is a neighbor from hell and Haley is unfortunately his neighbor and after 5 years, she has had finally had enough and it was beginning of a great fun filled adventure. I always end up laughing like crazy at Jason's antics. Really great chance to read it again.
Diane Can you put the date read and your rating for the book in the review?
