Review:
Sara and Nick live for their career, until love happens. But do try to fight it. There are many of the returning character from previous books, because the series is based on family and it is a very sweet romance to see Nick and Sara realize that love and relationship can be ahead of their career.

Book: New Pack Order (Pack, #4) by Eve Langlais New Pack Order by Eve Langlais
Date Read: 5/18/14
Rating: 2 Stars
Relevance: Book 4

Eve Langlais is one of my favorite authors. That being said, I had trouble getting into this story. For the most part, I just did not care if Marc, Antonia, and Thaddeus got together or not. The chemistry between the three did not work. It was like watching someone work really hard to get a square, a circle, and a rectangle to fit into a triangle. A lot of frustration with very little reward. Then you have a new bad guy introduced without reveling who he or she is. I was glad to see this one end.

Loved this story! The almost primal attraction between John and Suzanne was wonderful. The way cool-headed John would lose control over Suzanne and the way she let go of her refined manners to match his passion creates a story that leaves scorch marks in it's wake. This was one heck of a ride.

I was going to read Red Mortal (Gods of Midnight, #4) by Deidre Knight , which is book 4 in the series...but I just realized that I finished Midsummer Magic (Magic Trilogy, #1) by Catherine Coulter which fits the alternative. :)

Book: Midsummer Magic (Magic Trilogy, #1) by Catherine Coulter Midsummer Magic by Catherine Coulter.
Date Read: 5/21/14
Rating: 3 Stars
Theme: Title Starting with M

Review:
A new historical author for me, as I am pretty sure I haven't read any of Ms. Coulter's other work although most of them are on my tbr. Phillip, an earl is forced to choose a bride from one of the daughters of his father's friend. But his father had made a promise that Phillip has to keep and since his father is dying, he has no choice but to follow thorough. Frances, one of the daughters does not want to be chosen to be married off, so she devises a plan to disguise herself as dowdy and ugly. The first half of the book was painful to say the least, both characters are immature and it was a really bad start to their marriage. Phillip leaves Frances off at his country estate and he goes off to London, but guilt for abandoning his wife brings him back, only to find that Frances is not dowdy or ugly, but the opposite and then the story finally gets interesting as they go head to head with each other and fall in love.

Good solid story. I'm interested in figuring out the little twist that the author included. I'm sure it will revel itself as the series progresses. Kaleb and Thor were both interesting characters. I found Kaleb more interesting then Thor. I have a weakness for werebears...lol.

Review:
As I was reading this book I couldn't help but burst out laughing! :D There were lines in this book that were hilarious! I even had to stop reading to share them with my husband. But then, there were a few parts in this book that were just plain gross. :p All in all, I liked the storyline about Charlie Asher, a single dad raising his daughter, Sophie. While doing his job as "Death". Unusual concept. Easy Read! :)

LOL :) Sure Diana and Diane! As long as I know I am cool with that! My cousin came over with his 8 month old and the last time was here it more than a couple of hours to walk away from his parents, so I thought I would have time to finish, but the moment he got here, he was willing to come to me and play so that's what I ended up doing. :) I will post my review soon.

Review
I love stories with heroine having a makeover and the part I really like, she didn't do it for the hero but rather her ex, to show that she is not all the things he accused her of and she wants to get back at him and make him jealous, so she is looking for someone to teach her more about seduction. Brandon, her boss seeing the changes, doesn't want anyone but him teaching her. It was a good book, I liked it.

Loved this story. Pi had me cracking up. Gotta love a woman who asks if you have yellow slime in your diet...lol. Dane is wonderful, she has her walls in place until Jamie just crashes through them. I liked the way Jamie refused to take no for an answer. He would just smile, say "I love you" and kiss her breathless. Yummy. The bad guys in this one gave me the creeps. One scene in particular sent chills down my spine.

This story is one heck of a ride. Laughter, tears, chills and finally, a very satisfying happily ever after.

Review:
Since I was not in the moon to read any series and wanted a guarantee, this book did really nice, since I have read it before a while ago, and I knew it would be a relaxing guaranteed good read. Trying to get her cleaning business off the ground, Alexa wants to pitch the idea to the owner of Jansen Air, Seth Jansen. While cleaning his plane, she find twin babies on the plane. Turns out Seth's ex has left them to him and now he needs an Nanny. So Seth offers Alexa a deal, to be a temporary nanny to his kids and he will listen to her pitch about her business. It is a good and fast read and just what I needed this week. I am really in the mood to read light hearted book this week.

You never know what you're going to find out at the end of a family member's life. And that's the case for Alex Rider, who thought he knew his Uncle Ian well. Boy, was he wrong. It turned out that he was a secret agent for MI6. Which begins Alex Rider's new life, full of adventure and danger. I picked up this book to see if my nephews would like it for their summer read. I'm trying to collect the whole series. I know they're going to love it. I'm looking forward to their comments. :)
