And with a turtle in the cover I remember a funny and quick read The Tower, The Zoo, and The Tortoise

It is also a white cover!

How about

Like the plastic flamingo in her yard?

That is a tough one to read, isn't it? I was going to give it to you and then I pulled up the book and enlarged the cover. You might squeeze 60% out if you're lucky.
Unfortunately, I'm going to send you back to the drawing board.

Sounds fanatical.

How to win friends and influence people. Miss Meanie says....

Book blurb starts: "His quiet vacation in the Peruvian Andes turns deadly when a Black Ops, Inc. operative rescues a stunning stranger from a mysterious train robbery and discovers she's the target of a vengeful manhunt."

Cherie, I'm using

Casceil - I do read cozy mysteries. Thanks!
For anyone that's interested, the recommendation above - The Tower, the Zoo, and the Tortoise is set in the Tower of London.
Question - for the challenge, can tortoise be used for turtle?

No, I wasn't exactly asking Janice. I was hoping someone else woul..."
Rusalka gave all the possibilities that could work i think. Looks like a wolf to me. Oh no, another book added to my tbr list!

Yeah, I read one last year that was pretty good - To Hell in a Handbasket. 3 and a half stars I seem to recall rating it.

I can update message 1. I probably won't do it tonight. Maybe tomorrow night.

Yes, that will be fine.

If not then I'm probably going to go with either

That has to be the reddest cover I've seen Stephanie! I think you'll be fine with Me Before You. Wicked Appetite is also red but not so sure on the one with the dog on - half of it looks orange to me.

Thanks, Peggy. I will check it out for that one.

If the cover kind of screams red at you, I would say that you're safe.

Sounds like there are coconuts in the story, so you should be good.

That one sounds good, Sarah.

edit: and perhaps books related to mythology? I don't have specific titles though, but it could be a starting point for a search.
