Please delete a list I created in error

The list should not be deleted, because it has votes from other users, who seem to find the list helpful. You can remove your votes, if you wish.
Is there any way to transfer ownership, then? I'd prefer it wasn't cluttering up the "Lists I Created" page.
Lists are not owned by their creators; they are community resources. But no, there is no way to remove oneself as the creator of a list.
Any chance of updating the text on the page when a user creates a new list, then? So that no one else gets surprised by this unexpected behavior? (A search shows that I'm not the only person to want private lists or a way to delete them from my account.)

on the right side of the page it says: Lists are public and everyone can vote on them, so don't create "Michael's Favorite Robot Books"—instead create "Best Robot Books" and seed it with your favorite books about robots.
That comment doesn't say "You can never delete the list once you create it. If you want something like a private list, use the Bookshelves of a private Group instead."

I and my GR friend had some misunderstanding in discussions and for the result we each generated similar book list.I want to delete my list and let my friend's list grow. For my list, there are only I and my friend who voted. (My friend's name is Mizuki).
If I cannot delete my list, what I can think for solution is:
I leave my list, and will refer other people who find my list to Mizuki's list.
Any other opinion? Maybe any of you can think a better solution?
My abandoned list: https://www.goodreads.com/list/create...
Mizuki's list:

Since it is you and a friend and there is another list, if you remove your vote then a super may be able to delete it, if there is more than 1 vote we cannot delete lists

But my old list is still around, cluttering up things. Can you please delete https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/9... ? Thanks!
