Tashayla Ramsey | 9 comments I saw this book on one of the list here on goodreads. The female MC told her family about her boyfriend. Which was a lie because she dont have a boyfriend and but the man she pick to tell her family about is very real and he dont know nothing about. She ask him to pretend to be her boyfriend. I only read the synopsis and thoght I saved it to my want to read list but I didn't and I can't remember what list it was on either.
Thank you

The Millionaire's Forever by Sonya Weiss?

Tashayla, did she know the fake boyfriend before the lie - or did she make up the name and then discover the guy exists?

Around what year did you read the book's synopsis?

oliviasbooks | 191 comments I think this might be Asking for Trouble (originally British, but also published in the US) by Elizabeth Young. There is a filmed version ("The Wedding Date"), too.

message 14: by Tashayla (new)

Tashayla Ramsey | 9 comments Sonya I read the synopsis on here in a list around august or september.
Oliviasbooks thank you but that is not it

Ruzza | 302 comments When a Scot Ties the Knot by Tessa Dare? It's a historical romance but it has the same plot.

Tashayla Ramsey | 9 comments Thank you ladies so much for the help but even thought I have added these books to my want to read list. These are not the one I am looking for.

It takes place in modern time, the heroine tells her family about her boyfriend a guy that really exist but he just don't know it yet, until her family wants to meet him.
