Could you please add this cover to this book?
It's the cover for the Tour Edition. I couldn't find the cover on Amazon or Egmont Press but I own a copy and the cover looks exactly like this: http://www.timeout.co.nz/product/3007...

HELP! I recently added a book, but only the kindle edition has the cover image. The paperback doesn't. How do I get it on the paperpack version as well. I've been going around in circles trying to figure this out. THANKS!
