My replacement for Thing would have to be Doomsday, if he could get his anger issues under control lol. He would be even more powerful then him.
I would agree with The Doctor in Reeds place.
For Sue Storm I would have to put Scarlet Witch. Don't really know why, but I think it's a good fit.
Johnny Storms replacement would have to be Ben 10. Mostly because they seem to be just as cocky as each other.

Ben 10 he's was a comic before he was a cartoon. I thik Dark horse. but he has this watch thing called the omnitrix that allows him to turn into different aliens with different powers. He started out with out 10 but as he got older he was able to scan other aliens and use them as well.

lex luthor - of course, hes gotta be in on it, hes got the brains, leader of the pack
bullseye - resident psychopath with talent. but he will listen to orders as long as hes being paid.
hella from nightwing - she is a hardcore heartless killer, once a cop but troubles caused her to turn to the other side. i think she would work well with the legion, following orders, even being a sgt. or something, someone in command of the crimes in progress
solomon grundy - another legion original, but he is one of my all time favourite bad guys. a powerhouse for the team plus he will obey if controlled by magic, and on that note...
morgan lefay - merlin's archenemy. though she has been portrayed many times in comics, especially dc, just the character is good enough, not from any comic in particular. shes magical and powerful, though she might cause some power struggle issues with lex
moriarty - sherlock holmes smartest enemy. he would be my crime planner i think, the man behind the legion. even lex would listen to his criminal mastermindedness.
the joker - last person is a wild card. and the joker is the ultimate wild card. hed cause the damage to keep the good guys busy while moriarty's real crime is going down. master at horrific distraction
so thats my legion i am thinking, what about yourself?

Yeah, but they would let shredder be in charge. Them two are very much so full of themselves, and both try to put him in his place. But you are right. They would end up killing each other after awhile.

I love Pokemon! I used to have Pokemon Snap on 64. I loved that game.
I have my Pokemon collect cards (card game) and most of the (video) games:)
I used to have all of the cards when i was younger. I don't have them any more though. I still have the games for my DS though.

Depends on what you watched. For me, I didn't like the guy much except for the movie Iron Man. The guy who played iron man was cute.:) but as far as the animated show goes-no. I didn't like him at all.

I'm not so sure about the teen titans one. I think they should just leave it a cartoon. I think it works better.

lobo- hed be my thing replacement i think. powerhouse, indestructible, badass. hed just have to learn to work with others, but hes done it before
the doctor- my reed richards. super intelligent and comes with his own space and time machine, makes up for stretchiness.
black canary - shes my sue storm i think, powerful kickass chick who wouldnt take any bs from the doctor, i think theyd probably hook up.
speedball - the classic 80s version i mean, not the angry self harmer he became, lol. hed be my johnny storm im thinking, hes quick and fast. doesnt fly but at can indeed jump and survive a fall. also hes crazy powerful with the kinetic energy. plus hes a goofball kid, hed fill the spot nicely
