Mr. Bennet's Library 101+ Books
That's funny! I skipped Overheard, too - actually read it several weeks ago but had forgotten to put it on my list at that time.
Debbie wrote: "That's funny! I skipped Overheard, too - actually read it several weeks ago but had forgotten to put it on my list at that time."I kept almost finishing it. The ending of 5% took me several attempts to get through because I kept getting interrupted.

Whoa...2 away from your goal - fantastic! That will take no time. I am interested in the 4 and 5 star reviews you posted and will have to check them out...Love Lessons...sounds delicious.
Great batch of books read, Talia. You're really on a roll with the Melanie Schertz books. :) I loved Wendi Sotis' Promises.
Woots, Debbie! Amazing numbers. You and your book budget sounds like me. I try to stick to books I already have or free or inexpensive, but sometimes...one just has to buy it. :)

Okay ladies, I have been posting in my YTD tracker all the books I've been reading with the links to the reviews. But here are my April books:1. Every Appearance of Composure: A Pride and Prejudice Variation
2. Prevailed On To Marry: A Pride and Prejudice Alternative Story
3. A Pemberley Bride
4. Ice and Fire at Pemberley: a Pride and Prejudice variation
5. Darcy's Marriage Plan: A Pride & Prejudice Intimate
6. Darcy's Continental Escape
7. Fitzwilliam Darcy An Honourable Man
8. A Conversation Behind the Tapestries: A Pride and Prejudice Variation
9. Beguiling Miss Bennet
YTD JA books: 32
April's JA total: 9
YTD total books: 56
Oh yes, clipping right along.
Mmm, I'll have to check out Darcy's Continental Escape. Sounds exciting!

Sophia, though it had its usual grammatical errors, it was a unique variation and showed a less arrogant Darcy. I adored Lady Matlock, Col Fitzwilliam, Elizabeth, and Darcy!!!!
They are younger than in canon. Darcy and Richard are just out of university their Grand Tour, and I beleive Elizabeth is only 18-19 y/o. So Darcy hasn't been inundated with the women of the ton yet!!!

Are any of those high ratings?

Erika wrote: "Anytime Talia!!! I hope you enjoy it!!"I am pretty sure I will. I love the idea behind the story. Thanks for the review.
Has anyone come across this story and/or do they have the link to it? Another Dawn by SusanJNhttp://meryton.com/aha/index.php?show...
FYI, the complete story is posted at fanfiction.net, where Susan has the username sbarra..supposedly.

Sheila, I email you a PDF.
Sheila wrote: "Did you send that? BTW: has anyone read "All That This Entails" by Noell S?"
I haven't read it yet.
I will do so. And thank you, Erika, for re-sending that story. I did get it. I am now reading Promises by Wendi Sotis - heart wrenching...KU Selection.
GR link for All That This Entails: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3...CANNOT ADD OTHER UNTIL FIND LINK TO COMPLETED STORY - NOT COMPLETE ON AHA AND SO FAR CANNOT FIND ON FANFICTION
I have not yet read it. But it does look interesting from the skimming I did while copying it. Has anyone else read it? I am reading Promises (a long one) by Wendi Sotis. She wrote The Gypsy Blessing
Sheila wrote: "All That This Entails By Noell S http://www.dwiggie.com/derby/old_2009...Try this"
No, that is the one I added. I had link. The other one mentioned above, Another Dawn, is the one I cannot find complete version of on fanfiction.
Sheila wrote: "I have not yet read it. But it does look interesting from the skimming I did while copying it. Has anyone else read it? I am reading Promises (a long one) by Wendi Sotis. She wrote [book:The Gypsy ..."I loved Promises.

I wish I was rating and writing reviews regularly when I read Promises. I know I read it twice and I know I really enjoyed it (just like all of Wendi Sotis' books), but it was back in 2013 and now I don't even remember the storyline! Guess that should go in my To Be Re-Read pile!
I read in 2012. If you see my reviews, or lack thereof, you know I rarely actually leave one unless I have strong feelings one way or another or something very particular to say. I usually just rate. But mine said...(rated 5 stars)
"The only way to describe Promises is… exquisite torture. I absolutely loved the author’s depiction of the William and Elizabeth in the beginning and was in agony throughout their separation. I have not had such a strong reaction to the angst of their relationship since the first time I read Abigail Reynolds’s Mr. Darcy’s Obsession or The Last Man in the World, which are favorites. Loved, loved, loved this! I have just purchased a Kindle, due to the bowing of my two bookshelves with P&P related novels, but I will have to buy this in paperback too."
@ Debbie - definitely worth a re-read!!!
Nicole, I'm not sure you'll find the link for Another Dawn on Fanfiction.net. It looks like the author, Susan J Barra (sbarra, SusanJBarra, SusanJN, SusanGrace), took all of her stories off Fanfiction.net. I just looked cause I have a several of them on PDF. Sorry
I just read Another Dawn, 56 pgs. I was not impressed. Not developed well. More like jottings for a story. Didn't take long to read but can't say that I would recommend it.

Promises was one of them but it's been sitting on my Kindle ever since waiting for me to get around to it. Sounds like it needs bumping up the TBR list! I absolutely loved The Gypsy Blessing.
The Gypsy Blessing is the only other one of hers I have read and since I enjoyed the two I read by her I must get to the others.
Yippee! I'm officially allowed into "Mr. Bennet's Library" now!!!100. To Capture Mr. Darcy: A Pride and Prejudice Variation Novel - 4 stars
101. North and South - 3 stars (Sophia- is this considered JAFF? I can see the similarity, but I'll pull it from my list if it doesn't meet others' criteria)
102. A Conversation Behind the Tapestries: A Pride and Prejudice Variation - 3 stars
103. The Road to Understanding: A Pride and Prejudice Vagary - 5 stars
