The movie made me laugh from the ugliness of the entire cast, so I can't hate it. It was worse than the book, though.

He was angry and he wasn't thinking rationally. Eventually, he got in over his head, but was still too consumed with the idea of getting revenge against his father to back out until it was too late, and he was too aftraid of Kronos/possessed by Kronos. There are little parts implying that he began to try to fight off Kronos after he was possessed, and in the end, he was finally able to fight off, and ultimately destroy, Kronos. He was flawed, but he eventually chose the right side.

actually, you know, there were so many times during the series when i was like "uhhh bad guy kinda has a point..." cause as entertaining as the gods are, they're really crappy parents! and i just felt so sorry for the half-bloods you know, so luke actually made sense. he was still bad and whatnot, but i certainly empathized with him.

and i kind of thought all along that annabeth only liked him as like a brother/protector figure, and i wish she could have just come out and said that to percy instead of dancing around the issues, ahhh! LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!
