Looking for frozen in ice series

I would recommend Miranda's Viking by Maggie Shayne. It's part of her supernaturals series, but they're not connected that I can tell. Miranda's Viking is frozen in ice and discovered on an archaeological expedition. I thought it very well written and I loved the character of Rolf.
Theresa, I read
which is about a roman soldier who gets frozen for 1900 yrs. Not a series though and no pnr/uf elements.

Cursed by Ice by Jacquelyn Frank
Viking Unbound by Kate Pearce

He was actually frozen in carbonite, but still, that was the first thing that came to mind. Nah, not weird to me, maybe a little formal. :)

Now I get it. Thanks. I'm still fairly new to the group comments thing and I was just curious what you meant.

I've recently become interested in the theme of ancient warriors, etc being frozen in ice, then coming alive in our time. Can be werewolves or anything. Any recommendations? I've read the 'Werewulf Sentinels' series but would like something with more meat to it.
